Afghanistan has some of the worst health statistics for children in the world. 25% of children die before the age of 5 due to preventable diseases such as diarrhea and malnutrition. We are committed to reversing those statistics and raising healthy Afghan children. Beginning with their mothers, we are educating children and their parents on the importance in  seeing a doctor when they are sick, the important nutrients that should be a part of their diet and providing affordable and easily available vaccinations. We realize the importance of changing the way health care is viewed in Afghanistan begins with educating the next generation.
