Developing leadership skills at Afshar Hospital go hand in hand with the idea of long term self sustainability. At AMOR, it is our goal to train a new generation of physicians and hospital staff that will be able to become leaders for their own people and their own hospital. We are incorporating accountability into everyday tasks required from the staff at Afshar Hospital. AMOR’s desire is to not only make available resources to the community for quality healthcare, but also to train quality leadership.
